21 Day Narcissist Survivor: Reclaim & Rise Retreat

From Manipulation and Self-Doubt to Clarity, Strength & Self-Trust

Retreat is a deeply personal journey for those recovering from manipulation, gaslighting, emotional control and the loss of self-trust. Drawing from my lived experience and my books My Six Years with the Man of Many Masks and Narcissistic Abuse & Healing — Through Yogic Eyes, this retreat combines understanding with Yogic wisdom and conscious healing practices. Through personalised guidance, Yoga, meditation, breathwork and reflection, you begin rebuilding boundaries, confidence and connection with yourself. This is not about remaining a victim—it is about reclaiming your life.

You survived their story. Now rise into your own.

Narcissistic abuse can leave wounds that extend far beyond the relationship itself. After prolonged manipulation, gaslighting, emotional unpredictability or control, you may leave the person yet continue carrying confusion, hypervigilance, self-doubt, fear and difficulty trusting your own judgement. This retreat recognises that recovery is not simply about understanding what happened intellectually. It is about gradually rebuilding a sense of safety, identity, boundaries and trust in yourself.

Our approach brings together Yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, breathwork, mantra, sound-based practices, mindfulness, reflective work and spiritual wisdom within a deeply supportive environment. Chronic emotional stress can influence the nervous system, sleep, energy, concentration and the way the body responds to perceived threat. Through gentle movement, conscious breathing, restorative practices, nourishing food, nature and periods of stillness, we create space for the body and mind to move away from constant alertness and towards greater calm and regulation.

After years of walking on emotional eggshells, feeling safe again matters. Rome’s Wellness offers a quiet and compassionate environment where your experiences can be acknowledged without judgement and your journey respected without pressure. This is not about repeatedly reliving painful experiences or remaining attached to the identity of a victim. It is about understanding what happened, recognising what it changed within you and consciously deciding what you will carry forward.

Modern understanding of stress, behaviour and the nervous system is brought together with the contemplative wisdom of Yoga, Vedānta and Tantra. Breathwork, meditation, mantra, mindfulness and Yogic practices encourage awareness of thoughts, emotions and bodily responses, while spiritual reflection invites deeper questions: Who were you before this relationship? What did you begin believing about yourself? Which parts of yourself became silent? And who are you ready to become now?

At the centre of the retreat is the Reclaim Process. You begin reclaiming your voice through reflection, journaling and honest expression; reclaiming your sense of safety through breath, movement and healthy daily rhythms; reclaiming your boundaries by learning to recognise manipulation and unhealthy relationship patterns; and reclaiming confidence by reconnecting with your strengths, independence, decision-making and practical life goals. Where relevant, we may also explore financial awareness and independence, because rebuilding life after controlling relationships can involve emotional as well as practical empowerment.

We also explore generational patterns. Relationship dynamics, beliefs about love, attachment, self-worth, conflict and boundaries can sometimes travel quietly through families. Healing gives us an opportunity to recognise which patterns belong to us and which we may have unconsciously inherited or learned. Breaking these cycles can influence not only how we live today, but also what we model for our children and future generations.

This retreat has also grown from lived experience. As the author of My Six Years with the Man of Many Masks and Narcissistic Abuse & Healing — Through Yogic Eyes, I understand that this journey cannot be approached only through theory. My work brings together personal experience with years of study and practice across Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedānta, Tantra, meditation and holistic wellbeing. What I offer is not a promise to erase the past, but a compassionate space in which you can understand it without allowing it to own your future.

The ultimate intention is transformation. You may have arrived exhausted, confused or disconnected from yourself, but the person who leaves can carry greater clarity, stronger boundaries, renewed self-respect and a deeper understanding of what healthy love—including love for yourself—should feel like.

This is not an escape from your life. It is a conscious return to it. A safe haven for your body to rest, your mind to become clearer, your voice to return and your Self to rise again.

You survived their story. Now it is time to reclaim your own.
