Romes Wellness
Seniors Wellness (21 Day)
“Hold on to the youthfulness of your heart and spirit, no matter how many years life adds.”

60+ REVIVE & THRIVE — More Life in Your Years. More Meaning in Every Day.
Growing older does not mean growing old within. It can be the beginning of a beautiful new chapter—a time to slow down, take care of yourself, rediscover forgotten interests, meet new people and decide how you truly want to live the years ahead. At Rome’s Wellness, our 60+ Revive & Thrive Retreat is created for adults who want to step away from routine and dedicate meaningful time to their physical wellbeing, emotional renewal and inner growth. Come not because you are growing older, but because there is still so much life waiting to be lived.
This retreat welcomes adults aged 60 and above who would like to meet like-minded people, become more active, improve their everyday lifestyle, reconnect with themselves or simply take a meaningful break. It may be particularly valuable for those experiencing changes in mobility, energy, sleep, digestion or emotional wellbeing; people living with medically managed conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, high cholesterol or hypertension; those experiencing stress, loneliness, bereavement or major life transitions; and anyone who wants to develop healthier habits around food, movement, relaxation and self-care. The program is a supportive wellness experience and does not replace medical treatment or the advice of your healthcare professional.
Imagine waking without having to rush anywhere. Beginning your morning with gentle movement and conscious breathing, eating nourishing food prepared with care, walking amidst nature, having meaningful conversations, laughing, learning, creating and rediscovering the pleasure of simply being present. Our approach brings together Yoga, meditation, breathwork, Ayurveda-inspired lifestyle practices, sattvik vegetarian nutrition, nature, music, art, gentle activities and spiritual reflection. The intention is to support mobility, flexibility, relaxation, healthy sleep routines, digestive wellbeing, emotional balance and a deeper awareness of your body's changing needs.
Sometimes what needs detoxifying is not simply the body. We can carry disappointments, grief, responsibilities, relationships, fears and memories for decades. Later life can offer a powerful opportunity to look lovingly at what still deserves a place in our lives—and what we are finally ready to release. Detox Your Past. Renew Your Present. Awaken to Life. Through quiet reflection, meditation, supportive conversations and spiritual teachings, the retreat creates space to reconnect with what truly matters now—not twenty years ago and not someday in the future, but today.
Gentle Yoga and breathing practices are adapted to individual ability, with an emphasis on mobility, balance, relaxation and body awareness rather than performance. Our Ayurveda-inspired approach introduces greater awareness of individual constitution, food choices, digestion, daily rhythms and lifestyle. Nourishing vegetarian sattvik meals form an important part of the retreat experience. Guests interested in additional traditional Ayurvedic services may also explore Ayurvedic therapies or Panchakarma-based programs following an appropriate professional consultation and at additional cost.
Your stay may include an Ayurveda wellness assessment and consultation, personalised wellness and nutrition guidance, daily Yoga, breathing and meditation, gentle therapeutic movement, nourishing vegetarian meals, Ayurveda-inspired cooking sessions, nature walks and meditation, art and creative activities, music and dance, indoor and group activities, herbal water, spiritual and Vedic discussions, brain-engaging activities and weekly local nature or cultural experiences. Just as importantly, the retreat gives you something modern life often forgets to provide—time. Time to rest, time to talk, time to be alone, time to make friends, time to reflect and time to imagine what you would like the years ahead to become.
Before leaving Rome’s Wellness, we encourage every guest to create a personal “My Next Chapter” plan—simple intentions around movement, food, relationships, interests, learning, spirituality, travel, contribution and purpose that can continue after returning home. Retirement from a career does not mean retirement from curiosity, friendship, contribution, adventure or growth.
You may be 60, 70 or beyond. There are still books to read, places to discover, friendships to make, things to learn, people to inspire and mornings worth waking up excited about. Grow in years. Grow in wisdom. But never let your heart and spirit grow old.
Come to Rome’s Wellness not merely to take a break. Come to rest deeply, move gently, laugh freely, rediscover yourself and return home ready to embrace your next chapter.
